1/17/2024 0 Comments Chinese food winston salemI'd never had Szechuan style Chinese food but one day someone posted a picture of DanDan Noodles online and it looked like something I had to try. I'll admit typical american takeout style Chinese food is not favorite type of cuisine. New Sichuan is simply the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. The prices have been marked up from last year when I could dine at Tin Tin for only $13 for dinner. The Friday and weekend adult buffet is fairly expensive and will set you back $18, which is understandable given the COVID situation on restaurants. WORTH IT? MAYBE, if you're looking for a buffet to satisfy your Chinese food, hibachi, and sushi cravings, then look no further! (Overall 6/10) Make sure you come with an empty stomach to maximize the amount of food you can eat! Ice cream is also available here, but they come prepackaged in little styrofoam cups. The hibachi bar is self-serve, so you gather the raw ingredients on a plate and hand it to the chef. ![]() The sushi consists nigiri (salmon, tuna) and specialty rolls. Tin Tin Asian Buffet is the ONLY Chinese buffet currently available in Winston-Salem and offers Chinese food, hibachi, and sushi at a fantastic price! The Chinese food tastes similar to your standard Chinese food takeout, and the sushi quality is surprisingly decent, which makes the buffet price worth it since it's all-you-can-eat. TIP: They will increase or decrease the spice to your preference, so your menu choices are not limited.įollow me on IG: for recommendations on more places to eat! The crispy spring roll was pushed over the top by the jazzed up duck sauce - no packets here! I will definitely return, sooner rather than later. It was slightly sweet, then I’d get a slightly tart spoonful, then the was fantastic. My beef was SO tender and the flavor and mild spiciness was perfect! I saved the soft white rice to put in my leftover soup. ![]() ![]() She let me taste it and it was the very best fried rice I’ve ever had. The PFR portion was huge! She said she would get 3 meals out of it. Both were definitely worth the extra dollar each! My sister got the pork fried rice with a side salad. I chose the Mongolian Beef and upgraded to the Thai Chicken Coconut soup and added a crispy Spring Roll. You can also upgrade your soup for a small charge. This was my first time here and I loved every bite of it! The lunch specials come with your choice of salad or Hot and Sour soup.
